Skagit river flows

I'm going up to Rockport area on Saturday. I'm checking the USGS but I'm not sure what good levels and flows are. Does anybody know?

Not sure of Skagit, but most rivers in Whatcom are clearing nicely. I would suspect the skagit will be following suit soon, most trib's probably already there...:-$
I have caught many fish in my life. The most exciting? The next one.....
