was reading state records happen to look at tiger trout the washington state record is 6.26 lb then i thought back to a report i read a while back so i got on good ole washinglakes.com and looked at the reports for fish lake read a report by tripletzr he caught a 27 in he said aprox 8lb but atleast more than 6.5lb atleast even had a picture but anyway just thought that was cool so i wanted to let people know. nice job tripletzr!!! people go to fish lake reports in spokane county look back a couple months and check out the report and the pic

Wow it looks like he might have caught the record!
He may not have known its could have been a record, but at maybe thats good since im assuming h

The state record is 13.75lbs! It was caught in June I think, check link to article. This fish smashed the old record, nearly doubling it. The link below has pics and is from Spokesman Review.

That's Evan Roda, 28, summarizing his long, deliberate pursuit of a tiger trout that has been measured at more than double the weight of the current Washington state record. Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife district biologist Chris Donley verified the brown trout/brook trout hybrid at 13.75 pounds, 31 inches long and 19.75 inches in girth.

was it borke this year cause the record on wdfw says 6.26 still from 2006

wow i just read that thats amazing more than twice the old record but tripletzr still would have had it for a couple weeks cause he caught his fish on 5/3/08
