Rac, BB, KTK, Roland, and Marc,
Thanks again for all the kind words. Rac, I am so happy to hear you are still at it. I wanted to PM you a while back and ask but it was really none of my business and I didn't want to pry. 55 Pounds is allot of weight. I am very happy for you.
I hope to reach 275 by this time next year. I get that this is a permanent life change for me so honestly, I am not in a hurry although I do like to see the weight continue to drop. Stepping up the exercise and weight training to a consistent and much more intense level has been the biggest factor to my success along with healthy clean eating and has really speeded up the weight loss. Before I started the brisk walking and weight training 2 months ago, I was averaging a pound or so a week just eating healthy but after adding the these two exercise elements to my lifestyle it’s coming off much quicker. Last week I lost 4 pounds which really jazzed me up. I know slow is best but I’m so into the whole healthy lifestyle thing now that I actually want to be out there walking and weight training because I am seeing such a beneficial result. Anyway Rac, great to hear about your success. I’m inspired even more.

Once you reach your goal, you may run into people who won't recognize you.......seriously. That happened to me. I was standing in the grocery store check out and a woman said "Hi, Marc". I looked at her and it took me several seconds to figure out who she was.
It was my plumbers wife who I hadn't seen in about 10 months. She had lost 120 lbs. since I saw her last.
