Young padawan fly fisherman seeks fly fishing master

Post by reelman » Wed Jul 14, 2010 10:06 pm

I'll buy the snacks and split the gas or even drive. I have a pontoon and a servicable 8' 6# stick.
Must be skilled in the art of:
-chronomids
-midges
-strike indicators
-use of a dropper fly.
Must be Spokane area and know local lakes.
I too want to be a master and teach others in the ways of the force.

Seriously- anyone want to go fishing that doesn't mind having a novice along?

Ive been fishing some 50 years and still learning everytime I go out.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

I think I may have lost some folks in the Star Wars reference. Padawan: young jedi in training.
Don't ask me to define Jedi, just go see the movie.
