Former student here. The return should be fairly good size 3 years ago we took over 400,000 eggs. Its still early also they don't make good push until nearly thanksgiving.

I am interested fishing flounder/dogfish and if possible maybe a rock fish. I have a 16 ft aluminum boat with a 15 hp motor lift jackets ect. No fishfinder at this very moment (lost in someones basement). I would like to launch from Bellingham. Maybe on Sunday?
