Have you considered a SOT kayak? You can get one, set it up, and still be out less than $1K leaving more money for tackle! I've been doing it for about two years and absolutely love it.

I can say far worse things about my experience at Washington state campgrounds than SunBanks. In general every campsite in this state has tiny sites, concrete pads you are required to use for your tent location (who the heck came up with this idea), or gravel everwhere for motorhomes/camper trailers...

Sweet... I missed this one last year thinking it was in February and would have made the same mistake again this time if it wasn't for this thread.

Believe it or not, I don't listen to or watch any of those guys.
