Northwest Fishing Reports

The Snohomish and sky have ben slim Pickens for salmon the past few seasons. There will be fish but you may to really work for them, cover a lot of ground to find holding biters.....Good luck!

I've been to Lake Diablo and I'm sure there are places to get pretty lost on it, but I'm looking for a lake (doesn't have to be big) where theres only one road in and you might have to make your own campsite somewhere...

Could you please note if the road to Beer Can is open or not and also what the water clarity is like. I've been wanting to go back over, but that's a long drive to find those things out....

I was wondering if I can fish the river with conventional gear and/or are there any good lakes close by that can be fished with conventional gear from the bank? Nobody's fished ...

Yes, for this trip we are. I have a 12' boat that I take over east when I go for a few days.
Omak Lake has decent fishing from shore

On another note I'm going to Omak Lake this weekend to see if the fish are cruising the shoreline yet.
I do a lot of lake fishing in the spring and make several trips over to E WA where there is less people and more fish.
