There have been at least 40 people fishing the I90 bridge area at Moses, Not sure the ice thickness. It was just open a week ago so guessing around 2-3".

This is very true, best time to get a personal best is January thru March/April, depending on the body of water you are fishing. Here is the deal with night fishing for walleye it "can" produce great results. But just going out at night isn't the answer. Its no different than fishing during the day if the conditions are not right the results will suffer. Pay close attention to moon phases and peak feeding times. Check weather...

Actually Scootney does have safe ice its about 5 inches there were some guys fishing way out in the middle today. And Soda is still open unfortunatley.

I have fished Avandale pond many times thru the ice. Its pretty small and usually has good ice. You can get perch crappie and the occasional bass.
