I bet that pattern would be a good swinger on a size 10 caddis with a bead head and soft hackle. Or as a dropper under the Carey. Or, use it under a Lady McConnell or something. But as it is, I'd probably drop a prince under it. Maybe give it a name like one of the British Isles fly classic names? A...

Have you tried the cha-cha leech? Giant pink bead head with a cha-cha yarn body. Super active egg sucking leech pattern I picked up from watching Fly Tying: The Angler's Art on public television.

Very nice! Sometimes I end up tying flies instead of going fishing... It's just as addictive.
