RE:Carp

OK, time to show the POWER of Aaron's Search tool. Type "carp" into the search box. You'll see all the reports about carp. Go to the articles tab. First article is an excellent piece by Stu Whitehouse on how they do it "over there".

Reader fishing Definition List

OK everyone, a great suggestion by Mikey to add a definition page - and you can help. Place the word and then the definition. Use the format as seen in the below sample. After we have a big enough list Aaron and I will alphabetize (spell check!) and post it to the site. Any word or phase pertaining ...

RE:Add a definitions/terms for our site. Everyone please contribute!

An excellent suggestion. I wonder if we could get the Forum users to work on this all together and after we have a large enough list we can turn it into a web page? Go ahead everyone, start the list!

Time issue may be related to when you registered, it asks what time zone you want to use. Send a PM to Aaron about this.

2112, that's right, still a great album. Maybe Rush has it right and the Mayans have it wrong.

RE:photo question

I would say as a rule of thumb, is the picture something you'd like to see ten years from now when you look back on old reports? This site is your online fishing diary, so by all means if it is something you want saved for the memories post it! As Aaron said, we will deal with bandwidth issues as ne...

Forum Guidelines and Expectations

I would ask that readers posting reports, comments, or Forum topics refrain from the use of foul language. This site has always prided itself on being "G" rated and we will keep it that way. My kids (and many other people's kids) read this site. Please let me know if anyone posts inappropriate or vu...

Comments Deleted by Mistake - Editor Screws Up!

Well everyone, if you have kids you probably have told them not to touch something when they don't know what could happen, right? Aaron is probably thinking that thought after yours truly delted ALL the comments that have been posted on reports or articles. My apologies to all of you whose comments ...

Request to add the Weather Channels back to the front page

Mike I have looked over the new site and can't find the weather forcast anywhere. I liked that particular one because it gave the wind forcast and that is what I based my fishing around. If it was calm, less tha 5mph I could go fishing and if was windy, over 8mph I had to stay home. So where is the ...

RE:Add a Link to the Weekender Report WDFW

In the Links drop down are links to WDFW stocking reports, WDFW News. Both of those allow navigation to the Weekender report. I'll say "we'll consider it" but really, I'd rather not fill up that drop down menu with multiple links to sections of one web site. We do need to edit through that list, jus...

RE:Opening Day - Is it always like this?

If you're stuck on a dock it may be just as good to wait and fish later in the day (future advice) unless you want to get up way early. Rattlesnake was busy this afternoon but very manageble. Great day on the water, one of my more enjoyable Opening Days. =d>
