I can bring an empty cooler and have some ice in 'old' milk cartons. Some cold stuff can be stored in that. I'll probably be at the boat launch until all the baots are sent away and whenever the 'puter-onners' go over to the BBQ area.

Yes. Altho it is normal to launch the boat when you get to a tourny. Then you are all prepared as soon as the driver's meeting is over. I like to get someplace and launch as early as possible, then I'm not hurried.

And you can go to the bait shop at Coulee Playland and they can mark a map of where to fish. Or the bait shop in Electric City, which is also where Coulee Playland is at the north end of town.

Launch at the state launch on the east side of the lake just north of Steamboat.
Then go straight across the lake to Eagle Rock.

Coulee Playland at the north end is where I have always camped. There are motels in that area also.

I can see it for a few places, and maybe only a couple species of fish, like perch and crappy and bluegill. Maybe for catfish.A new license option allowing anglers to use two fishing poles in specific waters for an additional, annual fee of $20 ($5 for resident seniors).
