Re: Who Wants To Test My Imported LiFePO4 Batteries....

I have the Interstate AGM 31’s and wonder if for trolling the 60 AH you got would actually be the same ‘usable’ power availability for all day trolling? While interested, LI’s have not been something I have studied. I need to check and see if I have any chargers that will work with them too. The wei...

Re: Who Wants To Test My Imported LiFePO4 Batteries....

I have been watching this with interest as I remove my batts as well and the 31’s are heavy!

Re: Advice on I-pilot/Bow Mount Minn Kota?

Mine is newer and you nailed it. I got a Garmin fish finder and did not realize they would not talk to each other until I already had everything. Setting a track with zig zags is a bit of a pain with the remote but once set you can tell it to go to either end and repeat, or do a big circle over and ...

Re: Advice on I-pilot/Bow Mount Minn Kota?

I have the 24V 80 lb 60" Terrova on my boat and really like it. My old bow mount had a foot pedal and the Terrova comes with both a remote and pedal. After using the remote for the way I fish the pedal has never been out of the package except to look at it. I took a look at the Minn Kota site and I ...

Re: Lake Meridian kokanee disappearance

The WDFW has been operating short for years now. It is seems to be an 'afterthought' in this State. Not sure if it is because they don't like recreational hunters and fisher-persons or if just is not a priority. There is frustration for sure about it. #-o

Maybe hit up Bass Boat Central and check there? I have read some posts about them but have no input.

Re: New Boat/Motor thoughts.

I think you both have chosen wisely and will enjoy the new boats for a lot of years. Prepare for good times and good memories! Probably some frustration thrown in (it IS fishing after all...) but it will still be fun!

Re: Sponsors hurting site

Just had a big ad for the Cayman Islands! No X on it anywhere. Bikini clad girl. Still can’t get my download site to work.

Re: Sponsors hurting site

That ‘Player’ one is sort of looks like what mine is but the bigger one is part way off the screen. The part with the ‘X’ in it.

Re: Sponsors hurting site

The little one on the bottom is fine but there is a ‘New York Life’ ad over the top of that one that covers half if it including the ‘X’. The NYL ad is over half the screen high and about 1/3 screen wide. No ‘X’ or any way I see to get rid of it. It only appears on this site. Got a screen shot but m...

Re: Sponsors hurting site

A pop up ad ON the page is one thing. These are just ‘appearing’ overlaid and do not move with the page. I am going to screen capture some and send/post them up.

Doesn’t mean there are many. They have netted Walleye as well but I have yet to personally seen one caught or talked to anyone who has.

Re: Sponsors hurting site

Interesting on the pop ups. I had two come up on my phone yesterday when I opened the NWFR screen, overlaid to the point it took over half the screen. There was no way I could see to close them out so I just closed the screen out, opened a new one and went elsewhere. I will play with it some today a...

Re: Sponsors hurting site

Between those, the pop ups I can't seem to close when I am on my phone and the 'catch and release' folks, which I will admit seem to be a little less 'militant' of late, it can be irritating but overall the site is still one of the best out there. Particularly for the PNW. Now I would like to take a...

Re: Who Wants To Test My Imported LiFePO4 Batteries....

If I may ask, how much were they? I haven’t got the boat un pickled yet but when I do I fish mornings usually on Lake Wa. We could both go trolling and see how they do. I have a 24v Terrova and my batteries are strapped down on my deck so they would be easy in and out.
