Re: DR gear for Trout and Kokes

--Not taking it as being argumentative thanks. --For sure I'm going to give your stacker system a try in Skaha as very few floating weeds... although I still check if not catching fish. --On Osoyoos you don't have to bring up the rigger to check there are floating islands of weeds so they aren't nec...

Re: DR gear for Trout and Kokes

--is there an actual pull stick for downrigger or are you just using a dock hook? I'm not sure I understand your question. If you mean to pull the cable toward the boat, I just lean over and can reach the cable. I always ask JoAnn what she would do if I fell in, LOL. Most of the time she gives the ...

Re: Okangagan Brtitish Columbia

--Thanks for the reply... Similar for me fishing in Washington... the boarder seems to be an increasing hassle. Re: RE:Triploids

All of their enegry that would go to reproducing actually goes to gaining weight. -- I tend to agree with you. In the first year or so they would grow at a similar rate as fish alread in the lake...once they get near first spawn age they would start to grow more rapidly. -- There area many factors ...

Re: Aquatic Invasive Species and Lake Samish Kokanee

--I was meaning have the inspectors found any AIS and stopped entry into Lake Samish. --The reason I ask is similar programs are being looked at in the Okanagan Valley... as two incidents so far one at the boarder and one at Shuswap lk marina. Fortunate that both boats had no live mussels or larvae ...
