Re: Picture Problems in Reports - Hints to get your photo to upload correctly

I submitted a MA 10 report last night and after many attempts to crop, resize etc a photo, I couldn’t get the photo to load correctly. Can you help please? Thanks The pictures for reports don't have to be re-sized. The crop/rotation tool is kind of tricky to figure out. Your report is up and looks ...

Re: Cle Elum Lake?

no pinnacles that I know of. going north from the Wish Poosh launch you'll hit the 90-100 foot contour, the lake gradually shallows out north of this contour. To the south heading to the dam it gets very deep, 300 feet. Finding a stable contour to fish is next to impossible. A couple points will com...

Re: Site Question Not Off Topic

All the above comments very valid. I would say I agree with most of what was said. I don't mind the "secret spot" reports, we created them for a niche need. Using your personal filters is the way to go on this one guys. Creating a whole mirror database just for guide reports would be a nightmare I d...

How to use the SEARCH FEATURE on the website

How To Search the NWFR website for reports, charts, and data. We've gotten a few questions on how to do this and at some point I'll make a little screen capture video. But for now here is a step by step with pictures. BTW, the mobile works the same way. The Search feature is key and is what you wan...

Re: Okuma Kokanee Aveon Combo Product Review

+1 on those yellow kokanee rods. They are my work horse rods, at $20 a rod they are a bargain and do the job well. Going on two years and no broken rods for me. They aren't in the same league as a $150 rod but seriously, who needs to spend that kind of money on a rod to catch 10-15" fish?

yes, but it has to be done by Admin. To add a picture (or request a report to be edited) just send the request (and photo) to [email protected]. Be sure to include your User Name, location, and date of the report.

Re: Grand Drawing to Celebrate the New NWFR Website!

we'll take all reports as entered in the contest. I'm trying to motivate the Fb members to post reports rather than just a picture on the contest thread and then think that is entered. So any posted reported on this site is entered.

Re: local shop install Bow Mount Minn K. Terrova

I too went the "wuss out" route, LOL. Installed at Bass Pro in Tacoma. Overall they did a nice job. I added the on board plug in charger, a couple of the bigger batteries (there went half my storage under the passenger side seat). I can't remember the exact breakout of costs. For me it was worth it....

Re: Klamath boats (or other lightweight aluminum)

I had a 15 foot Klamath open boat with 50 hp jet. I've since given it to my son. My experiences: light weight made it easy to one person launch and move it around. High rise bow kept the boat pretty dry in a chop. Boat was a blast to run on smooth water, or rivers as it was incredibly maneuverable. ...
