When they are in spawn mode you never know exactly how they will respond to your fishing tactics.Tried a dozen different jig patterns and found a strip of yellow rabbit tied to a 1/64 oz plain jig caught m...

Re: Purpose of juvenile anglers law?

Usually there are some nice fish to get the young anglers more excited and interested in fishing. plus usually mom\ dad or both need to take them which makes it a family thing and there is better access to the fish for more enjoyfull experience to a young angler.

NOPE WENAS IS A DEAD LAKE!!! They don't plant Wenas anymore as there is no more shore access due to the vandalism and trash. Plus they just about empty it a few times so it would be a waste of time to fish it.

Re: CRAPPIE

There are a lot of ops this time of year to catch crappie and other panfish all over the state. But you need to have them in your thoughts so that you just have to go out and catch some!!!

Re: Rotary Lake Panfish!

This lake needs to be fished more as there are alot of panfish here . they are big enough to eat and culling them out with more people targeting them will produce bigger panfish. I've CnR'd several bass in this lake that were 7-8lbs for you bass fishers

MYRON MONSTERS ON HOMEMADE RUBBER JIGS

Caught three brooders and one nice carryover from Myron Lake yesterday using some White rubber jig lures I poured the night before. I've done well on these last year fishing for them and big crappie/perch/bass.

Re: WHITEFISH FROM THE YAKIMA

we were able to get several limits before the weather warmed up. The canyon had bigger fish that took longer to to catch while the Selah area had smaller fish but more of them. Most were caught with Gordy tied flies 4ft under a bobber. caught some bottom drifting.
