Caught my second 5er of the year on Tuesday slow crawling the 68 special around deep dock pilings. She completely choked the bait. With an appetite like this she has good potential!

Re: Old sumner meadows golf course
I tried them out my self the other day. Not much depth to them, but ive caught "pigs in puddles" before so i tried them all anyway. Water was chocolate brown with maybe 3 inches vis so I slow rolled a spinnerbait with no bites to show for.

Re: Decent bass lakes in Kitsap/Jefferson/Mason/Thurston cou
Pick one and go fishing, haha. All those counties have several good lakes that I have personally done well at (save jefferson). If your unsure where to start, send me a dm or private message and I can point you in the right direction.

Re: 2017 Not Quite Trophy But Still Nice Bass Pictures Galle
Thanks guys been fortunate to spend good time on the water lately. Im sure there would be bigger bags and certainly bigger fish if more of you could make it out during the week. Here's a few decent bronze from today and a long skinny green I caught shore fishing a pond yesterday.

Re: 2017 Not Quite Trophy But Still Nice Bass Pictures Galle
Got out on a smaller flooded lake yesterday and we got on a pattern flipping and swimming jigs at wood varying between 3-8 feet deep. Best 5 went 22.8. Great way to kick off spring!

Re: Skookumuchuck river
It should be fishable, but the recent storm runoff really dirtied up the water last couple weeks and the fishing hasnt been too good from what I am hearing. Good luck!

Re: Chum in the Puyallup?
Also as far as flows on the Puyallup this time of year it usually has pretty good visibility around 5k and under. Fish can still be caught when it gets 10k and over which it does but it starts puking out alot of debris.

Re: Chum in the Puyallup?
Some high water levels are still considered fishable and usually provide better fishing opportunity in certain areas because it encourages the fish to travel the less turbulent waters near the shorelines. The fish dont tend to hold as long when the water is high. It becomes much easier for them to m...

Re: Latest Hatchery info
I believe escapement is a word used to describe the number of salmon or steelhead that return to a hatchery or place of origin.

Re: Chum in the Puyallup?
Where are the Spawning grounds? So some got to Voight and some to the spawning grounds? They spawn in various creeks throughout the system. The spawning grounds they are reffering to are likely up along the White or Carbon. There is a small tribal run hatchery on Clarks Creek below the state hatche...

Re: Chum in the Puyallup?
Not many fish in the river. Indians nets are very light so far this season... This week Sunday is their only allotted day unless they start seeing more in the racks at the hatchery and some more fish make it to the spawning grounds. This run keeps dwindling like the rest, bummer Heres the number for...
