fished this morning from 430 to about 1130....... No one out of the 20 + anglers caught anything between the river road access ( was there from 4-830am ) Not a single fish caught at the nolte road access, saw 2 fish roll but not sure if humpy's, not a single fish caught or saw between deming to the ...

Jon has a great point! I fish the nook regularly at least 2/3 times a week if not more.... Low water or high water will hold fish just in different places that you and I have to find daily... Not all spots hold fish and not al lures catch em..... Been thinking of pontoon instead of kayak this year, ...

So are the tribes officially held to less eggs now that the run has been downgraded? I guess we will all be once again held to the higher standard when " the sovereign " cannot....... I sure glad they help with the hatcheries however you would think that they would harvest the collect salmon instead...

The pinks are in river right now up here in bc, smaller numbers overall than usual, reduced limits, but big fat plump healthy looking pinks just hot and full of piss and vinigar so far. I think coho will fair quite a bit better than the pinks and i predict the coho run will make up for a somewhat-p...

Hi ya'll...... Looks pretty bleak to reach that 47,000 fish with only 13,900 +/- so far at the traps... Wonder how many the tribes have netted and how many they have taken from the trap? Why is there no accountability from an outside source?

Those are very few and so far between i'm surprised you would even comment on em with the great skagit closed.... Looks like we are going to see so much more pressure on the nook, samish and whatcom creek this year... The last year they were released was 2012 or 2013 i do believe.....
