I was wondering if anyone has heard how the fishkill went?I might be heading up there in May to give it a shot.Hopefully they will get some cutthroat planted back in there.

Google under Washington State fly fishing... you will find a great forum/website just like this one, but dedicated to fly stuff. go to the forum section and look under either "Lakes" or "Stillwater" I just read a report in there on Chopaka. I too have been there, and it was an awesome fishery in it's time.
The story now is bascily that they have planted it with 12" Rainbows, and some sort of small frye. But make sure to read the details before going over there. You may find that it isn't even open for another year. If you're a fly guy, you will def. dig that website.
