I believe that if the system is closed to the retention of a species and it is not listed as "Catch and release only" you cannot legally target that species. Although, chum will attack many of the same offerings that OTHER salmon will... say... coho perhaps??

just got back from chico, there's a lot a chum off the mouth.
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga, except i still get to kill something.

Fished the lower green/duwamish today and caught about 12 chum &1 coho .saw lots of schools of chum heading up river so get ready there on there way

for anyone that has a float tube, pontoon or yak. Chico creek is great. Seems more flly fisherman catch then others but I have watched guys on boats hook into fish every 2nd or 3rd cast.

My be borrowing a yak and giving it a shot this week
