So as the rivers open back up on either June 1 or 6 depending on the regs, where is everybody going, if at all? I'm up in Bellingham, where should I go?
hopefully the Swede will weigh in. If I had a tub I'd be out in the salt, but I got a family to feed.

So what is my best bet for some summer action on the rivers? I'm thinking about hitting up the upper Skagit for some boot kings. How far am I going to have to drive to even get a shot at some summer run steelies?
