Check out some of the recent reports and Mike's video he made over there a few weekend back. I have personally never fished it but a few of us will be going over next weekend from the website. I have heard orange is a good color right now and cha cha squidders are working good

Please tell me you'll be real careful and leave yourself an out if you're going to use the little boat. I've been scared in my big boat out in that area. It happens real fast, green water over the bow......

18.5 foot boat, life jackets and knowing when to get the hell of the water. Thanks for the update and concern. I will be very careful as I'm a Fish lake and Lake Wenatchee veteran. I checked out Mikes vid and am thinking this will be a good time since I can't seem to get dad burn cut's in lake Washington. If nothing else the traffic going home on Sunday with apple blossom goin on. Happy fishing

Weekend update. Went, concurred and succeeded and got wet. The wind was a major factor. Got to the launch(mill bay)about 6am. Long drive from Snohomish.
The wind wasn't to bad so we launched. Headed across to the condo's in 350 ft of water and about 60 yards off the beach. Only managed to get two koke's before the big wind hit. Fun ride back to the launch. I'm looking for any information on a couple Ol' boys that we met at the launch. Ones name was Shorty. They had a 14-16 open Crestliner. I would like to get ahold of them and thank them for the info they gave us and even a couple lures they made, which is what we caught them on.

We fished there Thursday and Friday , the wife got one hit on Thursday, which broke the 6 lb leader from last year, don't use old leader. That was the only hit in 7 hrs in the boat. Friday we were on the water at 6;15 am first fish at 8;45 am than nothing till 1;45 pm than 3 fish in 30 mins. All fish were taken at about 70ft deep at 1.2 to 1.5 mph on orange hochie behind silver dodger. The lake is way down we used the P U D launch by the dam and were able to get in and out with a 32 ft motorhome with no problem. Will go back later this week and try again.

I wonder if they are migrating up the lake already?
