30 inch Rainbow taken in Roosevelt

Read in yesterday's Spokesman-Review outdoors section under "bragging rights" about a 30" Rainbow caught somewhere around Ft Spokane. No other specifics given, but the buddy of the guy who caught it said it was the biggest rainbow he's seen in his 51 years fishing at Roosevelt.
