Roosevelt Kokanee

Post by fishwacker » Sun Aug 07, 2016 3:37 pm

[confused] How late into the summer and fall can you fish? When do they spawn or start changing color. Typically which month would be best to fish these big Kokes prior to the spawn? Where are the fish headed when they spawn? Any tips about how deep or any other tidbits to help us hook into these big boys would be helpful. Thank you in advance for your help.

fishwacker, welcome to NWFR. I would say read some old reports for what and where to fish. I have seen a few pictures of fish over there on FB that are all ready starting to color up but many silvers still being caught. NO clue where they go when they spawn.....Tight lines.
