I miss Crappies!

Hi All,
I use to live in eastern Washington and loved fishing those crappies over there. It's been years since I have had the opportunity to fish for them again. Does anyone know of any lakes or ponds in the Seattle area that holds decent crappies? I've caught plenty of small blue gill in Lake Sammamish but they still don't hold up to crappies. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
~J

Lake Wa. Its pretty intimidating to look at a lake that size, and not have any idea where to start. And unfortunately I can barely help you with a location because I have never caught a crappie out of there. But around the university and lake union have good crappie holes, or so I have heard. But remember the state record came from lake WA.

Lake Roesiger has a good population. One of my favorite places this side of the mountains is Crecent Lake near Monroe. It is more of a pond than a lake, but it has an extremely healthy crappie population.

If you go to Cassidy, please read the regs, as there are size and catch limits there on Crappie. Also on motor/wake limits.

Moses Lake is where I use to go. Had the best times out there. The population went down dramatically years back put I believe they have made a come back.
