This is a call out to volunteers for our annual Fall Walleye Index Netting set to occur on three major walleye waters in central Washington in October.

Billy Clapp Lake (Oct. 8–9, 2013)

Moses Lake (Oct. 15–17, 2013)

Potholes Reservoir (Oct. 22–24, 2013)

Volunteers are vital to some of our work and no more so than during our FWIN surveys.

Work will begin at around 9:30 AM each day and conclude sometime in the afternoon, usually around 3:00 PM.

Mike,

I will participate in at least two of the surveys.

If anyone else is thinking of showing one thing that will be revealed is what the heck is happening to the yellow perch populations in Moses Lake and the Potholes.

The walleye surveys start today and run for the next two weeks. If you can volunteer I will see you there.

Didn't see this till now, but next year, if all goes well...
