reason to move to Idaho (or at least visit)

Post by iwilfish » Thu Feb 06, 2014 7:18 pm

I just happened to open an emailed picture from a buddy in idaho. I almost choked when I saw the size of the perch he caught at Cascade reservoir (about an hour and a half north of Boise, The smallmouths were pretty nice, and the trout was a nice one too) last September. Now maybe some of you guys catch perch like that in your sleep but I was impressed.

They have some nice places to fish over there for sure. There is alot of area in the Boise area to fish for big ones as well as south east of there. Im from Idaho originally and fishing the big lost river for big bows was my favorite.
