Crappie Fishing in Snohomish County

Post by Hookem77 » Thu Jun 07, 2018 11:44 am

Hello

I'm looking for some help. My son and I love fishing for Crappie. We did a lot of it when we lived in Idaho. We are now located in Snohomish county. I have a Bass Tracker boat which is to big for Cassidy Lake which I see is a hotspot from the different post. Any suggestions on Lakes large enough in the area for my son a I to fish for Crappie? Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

Roesiger shows that it has crappie, on the dfw site. I've never fished for them there...just trout and kokanee. Definitely could get your boat in there, though. I remember lots of pads in the middle section...unless I'm thinking of another lake. Could be a good place to look and probably some bass around. Otherwise Lake Washington would be a good bet for crappie and perch...both would be good size there too.

Have you tried McMurray in Skagit County?

I'm quite a bit south of you, but the combustion engine ok lakes Ive caught crappie in down here are Lake Washington. Lake Sammamish and Lake Sawyer. I hear Lake Washington has some monsters, but the little 8-10 inch Lake Sawyer crappie have been on fire in the evening lately.

Salmon King,
Look up reports under member, ‘Slab King’
Pretty sure is his user name. Again, he fishes a lot at Lake WA/Union, but for me he is the go-to-guy, for Crappie.
