Hey everyone,
I recently moved to the area for work and would like to do some fishing on the weekends. I live in Parkland and have been trying to find some good spots for bank fishing as I had to leave my canoe behind on the move. I checked out Spanaway Lake this weekend, but it seemed like I would need a boat to really work my way around the shoreline there. I've primarily fished in small creeks/streams so any suggestions of places I could wade would be great. I just found this forum so I'll be doing some searching on here too but figured people might be able to point me in the right direction. Any suggestions are appreciated!

1 tip is make sure you read the regulations carefully for washington. They can be a bit confusing and in depth but many streams and creeks have their own regs and may not be open. I'd buy a reg book and spend a little time reading. Other than that do some research online for public access areas with docks. Also google earth is a great tool for scoping out areas. Wish I had more info for your area but I typically stay a bit north of your location. Good luck!
