Boating laws

Post by reelman » Mon Apr 12, 2010 11:04 pm

Questions about Washington state boating laws:
Does every boat that is transported on a trailer need to be licensed (read "Taxed")?
Is there a limit on HP to be unlicensed?
Is there a limit on length?
How about types (canoe vs john boat....)?

Thanks

Bragging may not bring happiness, but no man having caught a large fish goes home through an alley.
