I'm really late indeed, but you've got yourself one nice boat. Ours is an '06 16' Sportsman with a 90hp Merc Classic 2-stroke and a 6hp Merc 4-stroke kicker. The only advice I would have given (had I posted prior to your purchase) would be to go with the most motor you could afford. I'm really glad I went with the 90hp over the 60hp, but with a smaller, fuel injected motor you'll get better fuel economy than I do for sure.
