I swear by Ballard Marine http://ballardmarineservice.com/default.aspx
Located right near the Ballard bridge. I assume your boat is trailerable. If you go ask for Dale. There really are only a couple of guys in the shop, and he is the owner. Very nice people who do quality work. The tune me up yearly and have done repair work on an older boat that I had. They also sell new and used motors, and a variety of boat stuff.

Jacobsens Marine is where we bought our boat, it is in ballard and they are the only place in the state that carries spark plugs for my kicker, it wher I used to take my boat to get serviced. But now I take my boat to CJs marine in Des Moines. It started out because of their location to my house, but they turned out be very friendly and do good work.

I've always used Auburn Marine. I dropped my outboard onto the road once while traveling, and took it to them, it came back better than new for a real good price.

Hey Garrett, Jacobsons marine is no longer. They closed about 2 years ago.:-({|=

FYI - Jacobsen's still exists. They moved earlier this year and are now at: 2625 Harbor Ave. S.W. in Seattle.

When I had my older motor(s) and needed outside assistance/service I brought them down to Seaway Marine in Seattle. They did an acceptable job and at a fair price but that was 4+ years ago.
