I have a Float tube similar to one in picture. I would like to put more air into the "bladder" but I have to close the zipper on outer shelllI cant zip it up!!!! Is this the nature of the beast or any tricks out there.

It works OK but seems to soft??
Thanks

I use float tubes all the time, and feel familiar. I think you should try letting all the air out of all the bladders. Then move/adjust the bladders within the outer shell so they are more evenly distributed. It may require that you give them about 30% air fill, and then kind of start adjusting them around.
I think that you just have the bladders a little offset. It's kind of like when you wash your wife's couch cushions, and then try and put the cushion cover back over the cushion. A little hard sometimes. :-k

I've seen people basically have a tube/straw that goes into the fill nozzle, and they just leave it attached so they can top off durin the day.

Have you floated in it? It may feel soft when out oof the water but stiffen up once there's pressure on it

The fill hole should come up through a hole in one of the pockets. Every tube I've ever seen has a Boston valve or similar that you use to fill it after the bladder is put in place and its all zipped up nice and tight. It should be a slam dunk, look in the pockets.

BodoFish......

I was thinking to myself yesterday I was missing something. You were exactly right. Now it makes sense and I can add more air to the bladder without a problem.

Thnks again to all.
