I have a boat!!

Post by JT26 » Sun May 11, 2008 8:34 pm

Well actually, its not mine till im 18. But thats only 3 years 46 days from now..:-"
My grandpa told me last weekend that when i get 18 he'l have the boat put in my name since he never uses it. (i have no idea how this works)

But anyway, its a 1992 or somewhere around there 19ft dual console sea ray speed boat with a 135 horse Mercury, dont worry i wont be rude to fisherman with it especially since im gonna use it for fishing, lol.
Its pretty much been in his garage since it was bought. Its only been out around 8 times before my dad and i used it this weekend. Its still super clean, the motor runs like its brand new (my dad got it to go around 55 :D). Overall, its like new. It even has the shape of todays boats. It also has a trolling motor on the front with they pedal turn thing.
The only thing i dont like is it has no rod holders and no livewells.

I feel pretty lucky right now though, cause he almost decided to sell it, until he saw that i went over to his house to get it cleaned up and waxed for the fishing season without him asking.

the pics are from my house, not his garage.

That is great JT26. It looks very sweet. Congratulations.
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

pretty sweet deal, no just make sure to take good care of it, not very often deals like this come along.....

putting it in your name just means you are the one who owns the boat, ie the title will be in your name.

Congrats on the boat...looks very comfortable.

I am sure you will get years of great fishing out of it!
