I found dry moorage on LK Wa. Its 96.00 a month.Does anyone here keep their boats moored? If so what is a going rate if I may ask. This one is dry storage with a new lift to lower in the water.Any input is appreciated.

I don't know that this will help other than to give you some perspective, but here on the east side I pay the equivalent of $250/month for wet moorage at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. Smaller lakes and less "extravagant" resorts (I would have picked a different one if I weren't splitting the cost with a friend who gets a discount there) would be less I'm sure, but having lived in Seattle and boated on Lake WA I would put it on par with Lake CD'A.

I can tell you that based on the last two summers' experience, any price is worth not having to deal with towing to & fro and the zoo at the launch. To already have your boat at the lake is priceless. Particularly if you have young kids like I do.

I dont keep my boat moored very often but will do it from time to time. Des Moines Marina is $13 a night for a boat under 20" (I belive) with no monthly discount. Mar Don resort use to be $8 a night but I havnt moored my boat there for a few years, so it probally went up and they do have a monthly discount.

Not trying to steal your thread racfish, but does anybody know of any dry moorage around Rufus Woods?

I just got moorage.Signed up and paid through summer.I opted for the wet moorage better then dry.Its in the Leschi area which is perfect for me cuz I live nearby.GPC You cant steal my thread.Youre a Comodore. With that title comes respect from us grunts. Now I got to remember not to pull the plug on the boat Hahahaha...I doubt I will keep it in the water throughout the year but for the summer it will be great.
