I am looking for outboard boat motors online, as I hear I can get a much better deal online. Any suggestions on where to look? URLs? Also interested in used fishing boats, but mainly the outboard boat motor.

You can check out craigslist.org under the boats section. There are usually a lot of used outboards of varying vintage, condition,and price there.

Not to downplay your search but don't you think shipping to Norway might be a bit steep on a used outboard or new one for that matter????
