Produce Report

Post by racfish » Mon Jun 08, 2009 7:18 pm

I was out to Carpinitos on Sunday and they are allready selling their farm lettuce at .75 a head and .75 for a big bunch of Auburn valley spinach.Broccoli should be showing up soon also.

I was in Yakima on Sat. I got Baby Bok Choys,Peas,Salad onions, and a few beets. So things are starting for great Wa Produce.I picked up asparagus for .99 a pound also. Its been a good asparagus season.

Local strawberries should be real good in a couple weeks or if it stays dry 1 week.Ive had some local berries and they were excellent so far this year.
