Canning 2020

Its been a very busy canning season for me. I did Dill Pickles, Pickled Green Beans, Bread and Butter pickles, Pickled Okra,and Pickled Asparagus. Next week is Pickled Beets. As far as jams and jellies go. I made Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry , Apricot and Nectarine. There are more but the fruits arent quite ripe. Like Plum and Quince.This keeps me busy during this Pandemic time. Plus they make great gifts come the holiday season.Stay safe and healthy everyone.
