steamer clam recipes
I have enjoyed reading the chatter on the crab boil topic. I live on the east side of the state, but I love my shellfish even though I don't get to eat it as much as I would like to. What about steamer clams, what ingredients do you guys use for them? I love the nectar, but I bet their is a way to make it even more tastier. I usually just steam them in water, crushed clove of garlic and a little butter. I know that is pretty basic, what else do you guys add?

RE:steamer clam recipes
Personally from a guy who'se eaten alot of bi-valves.I do exactly what you do.Boil them in salted water.Melt butter or marg.add crushed garlic and i'm good to go.With leftovers I make chowder or a Cippino.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.
RE:steamer clam recipes
