Fish in the refrigerator and socks for fishing

Post by Minhe » Fri Nov 01, 2019 5:33 am

I regularly eat various types of canned fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna). Since I cannot consume the whole can, I store the remainder in a container in the refrigerator for a day or two - as I may take 2-3 days to consume the entire amount.

Another member of my household complains that the refrigerator stinks/smells of "fish".

Do I just need to stop storing the uneaten part of the canned fish in the refrigerator (eat is all in one day or get smaller cans) OR is there some way to store this in the refrigerator so it does not smell of fish?

And one more question.

I need some help on some new socks for wade fishing and duck hunting. I have used the liners and wools socks for quite a while and they seemed to work good. As the years have gone by they don't seem to do the job. Cold feet are not any fun. What is everyone using to keep ya toes from freezing?

Thanks
