I currently have Fishbrain and the Fish Washington apps on my iPhone. Just curious if there are any other apps that I should be aware of.

I use Knots 3d, Tides Near Me, and Navionics. I have the Coast Guard app, but not all that useful. If you happen to be crossing the border when its back open the CBP ROAM app i useful (though I am a bit nervous about having a CBP app on my phone).
