No Problem. It was my first trip of the season (only my third season...) Personally, if people at the launch are having an issue with a novice or whatever, they can either chill and step off or help. I help if possible when even experienced people are launching/recovering. Only takes a second to stand watch so they can move a little faster themselvs. Team Work.
