puget sound orca whales

It has been said that the Puget sound orcas are dying do to the lack of salmon in our sound! Please plant more hatchery salmon...saving the orcas...saving our sport fishery...increasing state revenue...keeping dollars in our state instead of leaving for Canada or Oregon...AND OF COARSE THE QUESTION IS DO THE ORCA WHALES REALLY NOT LIKE HATCHERY SALMON AND ONLY FEED ON NATIVE SALMON????
