IRONANCHOR LIFT

Post by wherearethefish » Wed Sep 14, 2016 9:45 am

I want to fish the Columbia River, concentrating my efforts near the mouths of the Lewis, Kalama and Cowlitze rivers. I was told a lot of guys use this anchor pulling system. Just looking for advice before I invest my money. A danger i see would be something drifting downstream and hanging up on the anchor line. :salut:

Google "Columbia River Anchor system" and you will find articles on the do's and donts of how to safely anchor on the river.

Yes - drifting logs are just one of the dangers you need to be prepared to handle on a moments notice.
