Aaron and Rob got to spend a day fishing on Hell's Canyon with guide Kyle Jones. Yes, I'm jealous!

If it is WDFW why would one need a Discover Pass at the launch?

Good question - I thought this was in Oregon - so no WDFW or discover pass?

Heller bar is where they put in at. You just need a vehicle use pass. If you have a Washington fishing license you were given one. I haven't been there in awhile but I used to be a banking steelhead fisherman there. It's a great area to fish.

Maybe that is what he meant by discover pass? The WDFW vehicle use pass, the yellow thing that hangs from your mirror or on the dashboard?
