In search of Weedless spoon
I'm looking for a lure that I can no longer find on the internet anywhere so I'm hoping to find a used one that somebody may have that they don't use. What I'm looking for is a 1 1/8 oz. Johnson weedless spoon in Firetiger color. It looks like this one and they are 3 3/4" long. They sell for around $5.00 still in other colors but I can't find this color anywhere. If you have one or 2 that you are willing to part with please Email me at rick@fnflures.com

Re: In search of Weedless spoon
Good luck with that one Rick. I think I even posted your same appeal on here. That was one of my go to baits for years. I lost 3 of them in one day a couple of years back. When I tried to find them they were non existent. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me they no longer made them in the 1 1/8oz size. I told them they had made a mistake and had taken one of the best spoons available off the market. There response was, "Thank you for your input. We will pass it on to our company" I bought some silver ones and painted them myself. I used the neon construction type spray paint, then clear coated them, then put the black lines on them with a sharpie, then clear coated them again. They actually work pretty good.

"A" for effort Bill, but the original post had said he wanted 3 3/4" length. 1- 1/8 oz. seems to be a hard order to fillzen leecher aka Bill W wrote:the attachment I posted said 8 fire tigers in the 2 3/4 length.
