Guys, I was just trying to see if Snohomish County had a beach water quality website and I ran into the Surface Water Management site. They have a list of specific lakes in Snohomish County, each lake has a really nice PDF topo map and aerial photo with the topo relief imposed. I'm guessing that with permission, you could use those as your topo maps. They are very nice, especially the aerial photo versions. What I like about them is that they both show where the parks and boat launches are. The regular topo map also shows where the inflow and outflow streams are. Here's a list of lakes that they have topos for:
