Eastside/Westside Fishing?

Post by sellis_414 » Tue Oct 20, 2009 10:19 am

I am new to the site and may have missed it somewhere... But it isn't often that I would travel to the West side of the Cascades to go fishing and be more prone to fish various locations on the East Side... Is there any way to have a category for geographic fishing locations? All eastern washington counties combined and all Western Washington counties combined?

Would be that a pain?

Any thoughts?

Welcome to the site Sellis,

On the black bar above that has "HOME COMMUNITY LAKES REPORTS RIVERS FEATURES...etc."

Click on "LAKES",
Then click on COUNTY INDEX - it will get you to a map of the states sectioned off by county.
Then just click on the county you wish to see lake reports for.

I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker

yup, Gringo is correct, that's about the only way you can do it at this time. Anything more involved will take some serious coding and site adjustments.

The Premium Members are able to pick lakes and have e-mail alerts when new reports come in, that would be another option.
