Forum Help and FAQ

Post by Mike Carey » Mon Oct 10, 2011 8:13 am

I imagaine a lot of you are as overwhelmed as we are with all the new stuff, and old stuff not being where you're used to finding it. At the very bottom right of the Forum is the link that says "The team" It has all the mods and admin listed (but for some reason Aaron isn't on it, don't know why). Anyway when you click on "The team" there is also a link to an FAQ:

Many of your questions may have answers here! I'm going to spend some time reading through myself as this is all new to me as well. :-k

I see that now. Thanks.

But I also see why Mark can't click on the tabs in the moderator tool bar.

in this thread;

He is listed as a 'premium member' and probably should be listed as 'admin' also like the rest of the moderators.

yes, I asked Marc to check in with Aaron about this.

To everyone else, I know we are still having people with log in issues. Hang in there, Aaron is working as best he can to help you all. We knew moving to an entirely new forum software was going to having some teething pains and feel bad for those people that are having trouble with their passwords and PM accounts. All I can say is it will be worth it in the long run. Thanks for your continuing patience!
