Appropriate Place to Post a Report?

Dear Mike and Mods,

I would like to post a report of a fishing in salt water. However, it was not in WA or other NW state. Should I choose WA and then Unknown?

It was out of the country. I will be disclosing where I went fishing... Mexico!

Hmmm, we haven't set the site up to put a report like that any specific location. I'm not sure if choosing "unknown" will work. You could always use the Secret Lakes option as a way of posting it.

Just put it up on the "Beyond the Northwest" forum. My 1st Mexico fishing trip was the reason for asking for that forum to be created in the 1st place. Can't wait to read it, hope you got pics!

GP, I just looked up your post. Great report! I was also in Sinaloa, my wife's home state but not Culiacan.

I spared the Bass in Lake El Salto and left them alone and targeted fish in the salt water in my trip.

Thanks IB. My wife is from the DF, her brother now lives in Culiacan - We haven't been down to his place since that trip, he's been to El Salto and another resevior a few times now, sends me pics of HUGE bass and promises to take me the next time we get down there. Been all along the coast from there down to PV but only had the chance to fish in and around PV.

Nice!!!!! Who knows... Maybe we can time a trip there together, for bass or whatever species is willing to bite. There are a lot of saltwater species that can be had off the shore. My wife is from Mazatlan and it was weird to not speak English for twelve days. Spanish is a second language that I learned over a long period of time.
