That is called the end of a free trial period - meaning WL.com must pony up some $$$ to continue this service - which we have done. Aaron's away for the weekend and should have livechat back up and running by early next week.

The servers were moved to a new physical location... I can't imagine why that would affect the Chat application, but that is the only thing that has changed in months... I'll look into this and get it working.
